People call me gay when im not?

The kids at school call me gay when im not. Do you no why and also do you know any good comebacks for it?

Im in 8th grade and kids call me gay When im not and i dont like it at all can you tell me why and what are some good comebacks?

Just be yourself. Sometimes kids can be cruel and don't understand personality traits. But don't let them make you bitter or angry. They are just being foolish and you don't want to stoup to their level. Just hold your head up and know that you are not guy and don't let them drive you in that direction. Just be a young man and continue to be bigger than that. You will overcome this stage if you just don't let them pull you down. I promise....

Kids can be cruel, this is for sure. The best way to comeback is to look for the most unusual or sensitive thing about that person and make fun of it. Be careful, this could create a hostile situation for you and we don't want that.

I suspect that people think that you may be gay for one reason, and that is the way you carry yourself. For instance, maybe you walk with a lot of movement in your hips, maybe you dress very particular and neat, maybe you hold your wrist with a certain delicacy, maybe your voice is timid and mousy. Maybe you are just very petite. And that is obviously something you can do nothing about. If you are of average size and statue, and still have no idea I suggest you

Video tape yourself doing normal behaviour and review and study it.

This is not to say that you should change anything about yourself that you are comfortable with or like. But it is always useful for us to understand how we come across to others. Then look at your "weaknesses" or what could be construed as such, and make them into positives....think about the men who have gotten labled "gay" and who were not, but overcame...

PRINCE is a good example.

Comebacks?
Having someone tell you that you're gay is like having someone tell you that you can sing. Being gay is either a part of who you are as a person or not. If you are not then simply tell them that homosexuality isn't a part of your identity.

Because they're kids, they're immature, and they're probably jealous of something you have or you can do that they cannot. I'd suggest no comebacks whatsoever beyond "Don't be ridiculous" or if you really must - "Why are you so fascinated with my sexuality? You fancy me?"

Don't take it too seriously, is the best advice I have. :)

People always pick on who they can. Ignore it, and they'll find a new target soon. Do you dress "gayly"? Or act girly? Kids are stupid, don't get mad in front of them--they're looking for a reaction. Just be patient and avoid those kids. Get a hot gf and they might change their tune!

Don't worry about it...kids pick on you in middle school, and around those years..its normal..everyone gets picked on. I do too, just ignore it.. laugh at yourself with them. Don't let them know it bothers you, because then they will just keep doing it.
But some people might be calling you 'gay' because their hiding their own homosexuality..lol, its true..you never know.

Shake it off, and press on. People don't go to school to determine others sexuality. It only shows who's the really immature from the mature bunch.
