what do u think of greece and greek ppl??

I was only about 13 when I went to Athenai, but I thought it was a great city. I loved the food and the people I ran into seemed really fun-loving. I also had the biggest crush on a greek classmate the year before I went, that might have tainted my view. :)

I'm "American", but not American born. (I'm a Scandinavian immigrant) However, I've always wanted to visit Greece. I think it would be fascinating to see some of the places I've read so much about!

As for the people, my only exposure to a Greek person was the fishmonger at a European Grocer's in Los Angeles. He was very nice! I was going to help him study for his naturalization exam, but ended up moving before he felt 'ready' to take the test.

When I was there the Parthenon was free on Wednesdays. The people warm and friendly.
Probably before you were born.
They seemed to like all the WTs .

Great country, great people.
Used to be a culture spot.
Unfortunately 2 thousand years ago.
But has recovered in the meantime,
unlike some other places with a great culture.
(America never will, after their destructive
bushy clown at the White House!!!)

the women are all fat and after awhile they get hairy and the men get drunk and throw dishes while screaming opa what ever that means and the food is atrocious
