Who likes new school wrestling better than old school?....pre WWE?

I have noticed this from a lot of questions. A lot of people rank the new wrestlers and valets as the best of all-time. For instance who are the top 10 wrestler of all time? You get a list of 8-10 wrestler that are are post- WWF Attitude vs WCW vs ECW era people, and maybe a couple from back then.

So I was just wondering how many wrestling fans on here like the new school (WWE & TNA) better than the old school (WWF, WCW, ECW)?

Of course you could even break that down to before the Monday night war era when we still had WAR Games and a real Survior Series.

I know what I like, but I was just wondering what you the fans like.

I prefer the Monday night wars/WWF, WCW, and old ECW because you had choices back then. And it was fun arguing with people on which was better becuase you had your pro WWF, WCW, and/or ECW people. Its not that the new wrestlers are bad its just that they're being pushed too early in being next ________.
WWE's bringing in people straight from the Indy Circuit that night have been wrestling for a year or two and books them as main eventers, while they put people that have been loyal to the company for 10+ years as mid-card. I don't get but thats the new school 4 ya!

i've been watching wrestling off and on since 1993, 1997 - 2002 was the best years for me watching wrestling , i watched it religiously during those year. I started back in 06 and watching whenever i catch it on tv. Alot can change in 4 years, majority of the rosters changed since 02, i think i stopped watching when wwe started the draft lottery and turned raw and SD into brands.

I believe it's hard to compare the two based on my personal opinion. I seem to have my favorites from both the old school wrestlers as well as favorites from the new school wrestlers.
I remember the good old days when WCW had the War Games and the WWF had a real Survivor Series PPV's, but then I enjoy New Year's Revolution, No Way Out,Destination X,Etc.

I personally like new school better, it's more actiony I think lol, plus with camera technology I think it looks better, however I do have to say that I like some of the old WWF and ECW originals.

i think every era has its own good and bad back then a lot more focus was laid to the inring but now the focus has shifted to the entertainment
and to be honest with you mojority of people nowaydays are hooked to pro wrestling because of its entertainment value
( talking about wwe)
now each indivual has to wrestle according to a storyline and character they are playing
for instance Eugene ( Nick Dinsmore)..he is a babyface and plays a mentally challenged character so keeping in mind he wrestles accordingly wheras Nick Dinsmore as a person can easily compare to Kurt Angle
so in other words as the time has passed pro wrestling has changed and it will keep changing time to time and yr to yr
I personally liked the attitude era things were happening in reality and which we now could only dream off

I like the old school these new school wrestlers cant compare to Stone Cold, Bret Hart, Sandman and the others who were around in the 80's and 90's.

the Wrestling world will never be the same....

when WWF was still in full effect it had a vibe that was so electrifiying

every monday i would wait so patiently for raw to come on usa..

then smackdown came....and on thursdays i would tune into that.....i miss the old WWF days
