If you're referring to music cd's that folks have downloaded and burned for themselves, you don't. Mind your own business!

Are we talking a few CD's or like a trunk full of illegal CD's? In any case, don't be a tattle tale. If someone is burning CD's w/ music acquired illegally, they will eventually be caught. Just let karma run it's course and stay out of it because you never know who you are dealing with. What are you really acheiving by telling on them?
