I think there are two explanations for this:

1) You share your troubles with people too soon or too often so you drive them away. I think if you want someone to listen to you, you need to pick the right time so that you are sure they are actually listening. And those who you've just made friends with sometimes freak out when you get too personal and start spilling out all your troubles.

2) I am sorry to add to your troubles but the truth is you might not have the right type of friends. The type that just wants to spend time with you when you're partying or something and isn't ready to listen to your troubles. This could be because you speak of your troubles too much and they are sick of it or cuz you don't give them some time in return so they don't exatly get all charged up and ready to listen to your troubles.

Whatever it is, in the meanwhile you could always drive your mind off your troubles in the first place! Exercise, go out, learn something new or better still, deal with the problem and try to solve it. And if it seems unsolvable then just give it time to work itself out. Sometimes that just works! Good luck :-)

if you ever need to share something with somebody, find somebody you really trust, or really really care about, either a boyfriend, a gf or a family member, but only if you feel like they wont make fun of you for what you are going to say to them
