my dell pc keeps telling me PAGE NOT FOUND .I replaced all cables to modem, restarted. i get HTTPS ERROR connecting to microsoft.com,also HTTPS ERROR connecting to passport.net . whats up. can this be fixed?

Error code 12029 occur when updating QuickBooks or updating a QuickBooks payroll service.

Check your Internet Connection in QuickBooks and check the connection is set to use computer’s internet connection settings and the try to update it again. Close and re-start QuickBooks. I found a post that helped me to fix this issue hope it will help you to troubleshoot this issue.
