We have a project on the stupid fable "the force of luck" were we have to rite 60 things on how he could have been luckier and unluckier like
You bought you family a cake with your days pay
just stuff like that. people please help!!!

I don't know the fable.

As far as buying a cake, wouldn't that just be being nice? How is that lucky or unlucky?

It would be lucky, if say, you WON a cake, like in a cakewalk. I once won an applesauce cake in a cakewalk at a carnival.

It was gooo-ood.

Or like those people who thought they were moving a giant clay Buddha statue, but it was actually GOLD--some people were worried the statue would get stolen so they covered it over with clay, but underneath, he was solid gold.

But luck wouldn't be something you work for, really. That's just compensation, which isn't really luck. Luck would be something less like a paycheck or an obligation.

Maybe post more details on the fable? That might help people help you more.
