Yes, it is. But why are you asking us? Why don't you ask your own doctor?

do you work out normally? It also depends what type of working out. For example, Im a dancer and one of the girls from where I dance took ballet. She got pregnant and did ballet through out most of her pregnancy. She had to be careful of what moves she did and take it a little easier of coarse. Excersizing can be good for you while your pregnant, it can make the actual birth a little easier. Just be careful. Ask your doctor whats okay and whats not okay.

As long as you're not working out harder than before you got pregnant, you should be okay. Talk to the Doc. Also talk to a trainer at your gym, they may have some good tips.

Ask your doctor. Be careful about what kind of exercising you do because straining your stomach can cause a miscarriage.

Esmarelda,
Anything good you do from here on is also good for the baby, and anything you do bad is bad for the baby. Watch what you eat and drink and exercise moderately.
