It does depend on how long it was in the water-try drying it out but alot of phones can get damaged by trying to re-use a water-logged phone. Do you have "water damage" insurance on your phone? If you don't know, call your provider and see because if you do-you can possibly get another phone but if you do not-try and use the phone-if you can't make calls or see the screen (its blank) then the phone is damaged and you would need to get a new one. IF you powered it down and removed the battery right away there is a possibility of DRYING it out. You can use a hair dryer or leave the unit apart over night....Good Luck
