If jk rowling will write another series of books that are sortas lyke harry potter? im a huge fan and i would really lyke 2 know. She has a lot of talent and i dont know bout u, but i would ♥ 2 c more from her.

She's confirmed multiple times that she's ending the HP series after book 7, and I'm pretty certain that she won't write anything too similar. However, she does say that she might publish some children's books in the future.

She has never once come out and said although there have been a couple indications in some of her interviews. First, she has hinted at the possibility that the Harry Potter series could go on beyond this next and "last" novel coming out this summer. She has not, definitely not, however said that she will write another. She has just left the door slightly cracked open. There have also been some indications that she may pick up and pen and ink, or her keyboard in more modern terms, and write something else, in a different vain.

The bottom line is, however, we have no clue. She is already, quite literally, richer than the Queen of England so money is not a motivating force behind it. It'd all be about her desire to create.

ugh someone tell me she's NOT richer than the Queen of ENgland! thats gotta hurtt..
i wonder why she's stopping her series.. if she wrote 7 of em, she can surely write a dozen more? has she ran out of ideas? not likely... even if u'd love to see more ffrom her, she probably wouldnt want to spend her time writing books now. i mean who's got time to do that when she's a BILLIONaire? i heard that if you counted to a billion.. like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, ....etc it'll take you about 30 or so years. imagine THAT!

I dont know. She says she wont write another Harry book, but i think the whole doing nothing thing will catch up with her, and she'll start remembering how much money she made...
