Less is more, especially at your age. Only put your mascara on the top lid.

It would depend on how old you are and what your style is. When I was 14 and finally allowed to wear make-up, I would put on one coat of mascara. To give more lift, you put the applicator at the base of the lashes, and before you make the stroke, wiggle it a bit and pull upward (not too much, or you'll get mascara on the lid). With a liquid liner, I'd put a thin line on my top lid at the lash line, and bring it out slightly at the outward corner of my eye, to make a little 'tail'. I where much more liner and mascara now, but at the time, it was just enough to feel grown up and yet not look like I was just playing in my make-up.

If you wanted a photo to go by, you can try photobucket.com.

Have fun. :)

i wear it thin, but it's hard to get the eyeliner line striaght. if u pull the bottom lid down and line the outter edge of the pink lining (dunno if u get what i mean) the line isnt as bold and blends in better. the upper lid is easier if you close ur eyes the pull the outter end out toward the ear so the skin gets flat and doesnt wrinke-which makes it easier to line.
also, with mascara, if you put some on top before sweeping upwards, it works better.

Wear very very little eyeliner, because too much just looks bad and cheap. But i like to apply mascara very thick because it makes your eyes pop.

less is more.

mascara on the top only

brown eyeliner on the bottom(black is too harsh)
black eyeliner on the top-blend into lash line it will make the lashes look thicker.
do not put it on thick. a thin line is fine.

If your hair color is brown, use a brown eyeliner and mascara, you would think it wouldnt show up as well, but it acctually shows up better because it will match your eyebrows and eyelashes, sortof like have you ever seen a natural brunnette with bleached blonde hair, it looks bad, because her eyebrows are still brown and her hair is blonde! if your hair is brown, and your eyeliner and mascara are black, it looks like "un-natural" beauty! and dont you want to look like you were born that pretty? yes.

keep it simple, i think you should go with your Mom to a cosmetic counter and have one of the make-up girls show you how to use mascara and eyeliner, they could give you good tips on how to wear it.

Use liquid eyeliner, colored eyeliner, etc. Mascara comes in different colors, too.
