Hmm... You need to be more specific. If a computer doesn't turn on how do you get it to work? Well, there could be several reasons why it's not turning on. Is it plugged in? Is the power switch on the back of the computer turned on? Is your power supply functional? Are your ram chips and video card plugged in properly? Can you hear your computer fans start to run when you turn it on?

try replacing the power supply if this doesn't work you probably need a new video card / processor. But try this first.......
Step on how to test a power supply. Make sure the little red sliding switch is moving back and forth between the writting of regular voltage setting of 120 Ac and 210 Over sea's mode.
Next make sure your surger protector is turned on and not tripped.
Finally open the case and make sure everything is gently but firmly in place.

If your PC is on and it isn't responding to your keyboard then hold the power switch for 15 sec. your computer will turn off, then press it again it will come back on.
The power switch on your computer!
PS did you check the power switch on your monitor?
