I met my female supervisor at a gay club one night 3 years ago thru some former employees(gay men) the very first night that I met her I told her of my sexual preference and she must have obviously been in denial about it. That night after we dropped her and her friends home she stepped out of the vehichle gave me her home and office number and said to call me in the a.m. and we will get you on the ball for applying for this position, further more I told her that I had a felony on my record and I was not qualified for the position and she said not a problem that she would pass all of my info to her friend in the HR dept. where if HR would have done a reference check on a past employer on my resume they would have known the place was ficticious. bottom line is I filed a case back in Dec 06 I have met with HR only twice and between the 2 meeting and a couple of generic e-mails they always make me feel like i'm lying and she is protected. Im being legal advised. What can I do!!!

You said you were being harrassed in the work place, but it seems as if, in your description, no harrassment actually happened in the work place. It's kind of hard to take it seriously, considering it happened after a hanging out at a night club, where you were both presumably drinking. I have a feeling there's quite a bit more to this story...

In what way were you sexually harassed?Your only comment was "she was obviously in denial about it."

Did she offer you the job in exchange for sexual favors?

You're not giving any reason for your feeling sexually harassed.

Going by this description, the only thing I see that she did wrong was to bypass the company's hiring practices.

Let me get this straight...she side stepped hiring practices and you lied on your application. Where did this sex thing happen? Probably just to get me to click on your post! Sex sales....
Oh yeah, the question.....grow a pair and get over trying to be the victim!

You need to listen your attorney. I suggest that you refuse to attend meetings unless they are recorded, and that you save and PRINT all e-mail correspondence concerning this problem. Give those to your attorney.
