I can't speak for everyone but I personally am in LOVE with Egypt. I rarely, if ever, want to go back to a place I have been because there are so many things I want to see and I so rarely get time off to travel.
I adored the people, couldn't have felt safer or more welcome in a country. I grew up obsessed with Ancient Egypt so to actually be there and see everything with my own eyes was thrilling. I've encouraged many people to go as well and each one comes back as full of life as I did.
I SO plan on coming back. I want to cruise the Nile again, I want to walk amongst the gigantic columns at Karnak again and I didn't get to Sharm el Sheikh or out to the oasis....
Added bonus is the lovely Egyptian man I met :)

I don't really think anything about people in Egypt, and certainly nothing negative. Someone I know recently went there and took some awesome pictures...the history is facinating.

We all have different opinions. Some are not fully aware about world events. Myself, I thought that Anwar Sadat was a great man in league with Nelson Mandela, Ghandi, And Martin Lurther King Jr. I judge individuals and thier associations.

We don't here much about Egypt in the news,so i would think not to many people think about it.

I've never really thought about the Egyptian people very often except to marvel at the rich history and culture you guys have.

I think egyptians are ok. it's the govt i don't particularly care for.
