I like A, B, and C but not D so much. In my class I like to refer to them as Guest Teachers or Small Group Instructors since they are primarily helping me differentiate instruction. I try to make them my equal as much as possible because I want the students to show them the respect they give to me. I've seen students just eat them up if the primary teacher shows any condescending attitude toward the Guest Teacher.

This is obviously and exam of some kind that you are taking to be an education aide. If you feel the need to cheat on it, then you have no business in the education field at all. Good grief!

Instructional Assistant is what my district calls them if they are certified teachers.
Paraprofessional's is what they are called if they are not certified teachers.
