Actually, Howard Stern didn't have his dirty hands in this. The Two diaries written by Anna Nicole Smith sold on online auction site eBay for more than $500,000 to a German man planning to use them as the basis of a book.

Jeff Woolf, co-partner and auction director at Universal Rarities in Corona, California, said the diaries, from 1992 and 1994, were found a few years ago by a man cleaning out a house in Los Angeles where Smith stayed during a filming project.

He sold the diaries to a memorabilia collector who runs a shop on Hollywood Boulevard who came forward with the diaries after the mystery death of the former Playmate in a Florida hotel on February 8 at the age of 39.

Hello, yes I heard & I beleive it's wrong too cash in on someones death like this & I agree with the DA I beleive from Houston I think said it that E-bay shouldn't have let the listing go on yet they should have at least waited too everything was settled then do it but who knows Howard K. Stern is probably behind this too but really knows ?? But I also beleive that the millions of dollars that the baby stands too possiably get or inheirit should be put ion a trust just for her & nothing else but the lawyers & court fees will get some of it surely someone can be the big person & step up & say keep the money just give me custody of the child that way it shows that someone really cares about the child not the money that she might get .

May GOD Bless You & Yours!!!

Good Luck on your Answers !!

Yup, the guy that bought them is hoping there is some juicy stuff in them that he can sell to the media for a cool million. If there is, he will be able to and make back all that money.

I can't believe someone with this kinda money would buy something so stupid unless someone is trying to protect someone or something that maybe in the diaries

Waste of money. I'd rather pay $500,000 for an ice cube warmer than her stuff.

Money wasted!!!

Should have gone to charity.

If the book is anything like the TV series?

It's not worth a plug nickle.

It makes me sick that people actually want to cash in on her.I hope that every penny of that sale goes to her baby girl.

Even though I could actually afford that, I rather donate it to kids in need.
