You have to apply for such position. Why not look for the hotels with playboy bunny and inquire how to be one.
Of course, you need to have some talents, be presentable and with good communication skills.

i think the criteria is extremely strict and the whole scene is incredibly difficult to get noticed in. i agree with the first answer about going to where they are scouting and try your luck. you also have to remember that this "career" may very well end as quickly as it begins. there's not much of a safety net unless you're good at something else in the meantime.
i guess what i'm trying to say is, my advice is to go to school, get educated and get a respectable career because at least when you start getting older and your boobs sag, you won't lose your job over it!

First, you need to learn how to spell...persue is spelled pursue. Second, where do you want to work? They have different jobs in different parts of the country.
