well, i want my hair to grow faster so which should i buy: "grow!", "garnier fructis length and strength", or "Be-Long, by L'anza"?

I don't think there is anything special in a shampoo. More then likely they help keep your ends strong. Split ends break and break giving the illusion that your hair is not growing. At GNC there are some vitamins to promote hair growth. But I have never used them. Also keeping your hair trimmed will keep your ends from breaking off.

none of them will make your hair "grow" faster

but in my opinion i love Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine.

i think any kind of hair growth shampoo is a gimick. to invigorate your scalp and increase bloodflow ( which has been known to improve hair growth) i recomend an invigorating shampoo like a green teas shampoo.

garnier frutis definetley i cut 14 inches off mine last year and it grew almost ll back after using it

you cant get a shampoo that will make your hair grow faster! :S
