What can you do? It's in the past. Let it stay there. Move on to better things to come.

theres only one thing you can do you have to pick yourself up and quit thinking about it, if you think about it everytime you go to throw the ball youll be more likely to throw an interception. if your worried about throwing an interception then look twice and dont try to force a pass that could hurt you.

Shake it off and come to play next season. Just pretend it never happened. If you were good enough to take your team to the playoffs last year you can do it again.

There's an overused but true expression used in football...
"You have to have a short memory."
Treat each play individually, and if you make a bad play on one, you just have to let it go and go out next time and try again.
If you can't let it go, (it's not really a learned skill), then, unfortunately, you won't get far being a quarterback.

You can put that behind you. I hate to mention him, but look at how many AFC Championships Peyton Manning lost and still plays well. Put it behind you. I am also a QB. When I throw a INT I just put it behind me and continue. You cant always be mad at yourself for that. Just try harder next time.
