Southern California is really the only answer of those in the list...great weather year round (whats better than taking the yacht out for a tan on NY Eve!)....no humidity (many places on your list have high humidity, but So. Cal. does not)....no language barrier (it's aggravating, even after a while, trust me!).....with that said, I would say La Jolla, CA would be THE best place to have a yacht and/or villa. Google Earth it to take a look, and then check out weather.com and I bet after seeing the area from the air, and seeing live awesome temperatures year round....you'll head west and live like many millionaires in So. California!

ARUBA in the Carribean. If you have never been there you must. I have been going there the last 19 years. There is nothing you want for the weather is perfect 12 months a year, 80 -90. Out of the hurricane belt and the most geniune people living there you will ever meet.

THe Hamptons because a yacht lifestyle would fit there.

monaco seems perfect for the yacht or the villa with its european sophistication and class.
