I I know that I may start a fire with this question, but why do some white women (not all ) think that they are better than black women. My proof being seeing many talk shows where white women with black husbands/boyfriends, had these stereotypes about black women. Some of the things that they would say were very opinionated, such as black men that they date, say that black women are lazy, fat, and attitudinal, and my favorite (golddiggers). I thought they we were supposed to have been created equal, the only difference should be the color??

Thank you for the feedback guys. For the record I am very much for interracial dating. As a matter of fact nothing makes me happier then to see many races uniting today. Things have come a long way. I have family members who date interracially. For those of you who had a problem with my question, you shouldn't have answered it. Next time do me a favor by not responding. This is YAHOO QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS, which means that I can ask whatever I damn well want. To Elwood Blues go f!@& yourself, if I could block you I would, and you are the reason why the world is full of hatred today. On a lighter note, I love all of you my brothers and sisters (balck and white).

I think that everyone need to read my question carefully because I did not say all white women, I said some. For those who it doesn't apply to, then it shouldn't bother you.

Some of them are insecure!!
If they were confident of themselves and their relationship, why do they feel the need to belittle Black women as a means to justify why their "man" is with them and not a Black woman.

Your first mistake was in grouping all women in with women on television. All the women on television are there for attention or because they have no respect for themselves. Take a consensus from the women you know and re-evaluate your question. I am white and I don't view my self as being better than anyone. The only time I have ever had an issue with a black woman is when I lived in Memphis, TN and most of them were taught to hate white people so they treated me like garbage. Where I live now, I have no reason to think little or badly of black women. They are all well mannered and speak well of others around them. I suppose it could also be the area you are in. But please, stop stereotyping all of us. We are not the women you see on television.

I was in an interracial relationship before .My boyfriend was white and he said never dated white women and has never been interested in them and how he didn't find them attractive and how he thought they were spoiled brats that expected everything handed to them and he hated the fact that white women would assume just because he is a white successfull manfrom a good family that he must OR was oblige to date them
Because he told me those things i didn't go around judging all the white women i see or going with the stereo type .In interracial relationship the subject of why are you dating me as oppose to this race comes up and sometimes the guy to make the woman feel secure would tell them how they feel about those women but his judgment is based on his experience so the woman must be smart enough to know that just because their mate encounter some losers in their dating history (who hasn't ) doesn't mean that race is full of them
I hope that makes sense

Being a white guy with a black woman it doesnt truly artwork that way for me yet apparently sufficient alot of white adult males hate on black adult males who've white women people too. i assume the same old consensus must be that white adult males could have any race of ladies people yet black adult males ought to adhere to black females. form of humorous how that works... I dont carry those perspectives, in simple terms being an observant cynic.

I can agree but if you ask me it's their black boyfriends/husbands fought because they are the ones putting that stuff in their heads and the few white women that do it, think it's okay for them to talk about black women because their black boyfriends or doing it and if you ask me i think that some white women only get with black men to get black women mad, but they fail to realize a lot of us don't care, well at least I know I don't care

First of all, don't judge all people from watching a talk show it's just entertainment most of the time. Second, the white women who say things like that figure they are married to or dating a black man so it gives them a "pass" to speak out about whatever issues they have with black women. You can compare it to a white boy that grew up with black friends, so he feels it is ok to just say"what's up my ni gga" and get away with it....Get what I mean?

Yeah, there are some but I only hear about them on the internet and I don't think that those kind of women really love their black men because if they did they would also have respect for black men's counterpart

Definitely because they are insecure. Why does the reason behind your man being with you is because they don't like black women? Maybe black women are sick of their bull. And just told them to get the hell on. And the worse thing is, the men who are with them. They are not just talking bad about black women, they are talking bad about these mens' mothers also. Because if it weren't for black women, these men wouldn't even exist. And I also had a white girl say to me, that kids w/ white mothers and black fathers are always pretty. While black kids are not.

to the lady that said she i tired of hearing black questions, what you are saying is that we are all created equal ,but what i would like to know is do you really believe that.this country is one of the most racial countries in the world people do not like to admit that but it is the truth.the problem with race issues in America is that no one wants to talk about it,and if you don't talk about something it will never be solved.Americans like to believe that there is racial harmony when there is not.Yes America is probably one of the best places to live in the world, but is is a very racial nation

Black men are the easiest men for a white woman to get. Ask Lisa Lampenelli. Furthermore, black men will date outside their race and dog the women of their own race to the women outside of their race.
More than likely these girls you speak of have heard these things from their black men. And let's face it, a lot of black women feed the stereotypes themselves.
Still, can you really fault the white girl when blacks are the ones giving her this information?
