I read that it can take up to 18 months to get pregnant after stopping depo but you only took 1 dose so i'd get a pregnancy test anyways.
I've been on it for 3 years and havn't had any side effects.

Hi I took Depo a few years ago & remember it took me about 6 months to come off it fully but the pregnancy healthy hormone levels weren't gone until my "8"th month off it!!
Although a friend of mine, had it leave her right away--so the best way to know for certain is to have your doc test your female hormonal levels to make sure that your depo has fully left your system.

There's no way that you know if the Depo is completely out of your system.I only had 1 shot and have been ttc for 6 mnths.

19 dpo, some say as early as 10 dpo. Do you know when you ovulated? Have you been charting using mymonthlycycles.com or fertilityfriend.com? OPK's, fertility monitors, sex every other day, ferning, or BBT?
