ive heard that the padded coat hangers work fairly well but i think it all depends on how long the shirt is hanging, how heavy it is, and whether it was hung dry or wet

there's a few ways to fix this :
a) fold them
b) make sure u don't hang them wet;; if u cant put the shirt thru the dryer then lay it flat to dry completely then hang
c)if wherever u r wearing this shirt is a while away then just put it on and the humidity in the weather wil naturally take the bump out by the time u get where ur going
d) iron it

hope this helps!! =]]

Wide, plastic hangers work the best for avoiding shoulder bumps. The only way I know to fix them is to iron them or the easiest way is take them to a dry cleaners, it's not the cheapest fix but it definitely works.
