explain how vinegar and lemon juice can be used to reduce the odour of fish
please give me a chemistry explanation, know the answer , need help explaining it (acid-base reacts, so...)

LOL (I was just talking about this with someone) - I remember something about the amine (base) that causes the smell and the acidity balances the pH, therefore reducing the smell?
