I am almost 21 weeks pregnant and i have lost around 20 pounds since I got pregnant and I am worried that my baby might not be getting the nutrition he needs or might not be gaining the weight that he is supposed to. With my first pregnancy i lost weight during the first trimester but that was because of morning sickness but after my morning sickness ended i started gaining weight, with this pregnancy i had almost no morning sickness but i have been eating more healthy and getting a little more excersiesbut not that much before i got pregnant i weighed 245 and now i weigh about 229 is this going to harm my baby every time i go to the doctor he says the baby is healthy but i am still concerned

Go with your doctor's recommendations.

It sounds like you are loosing some excess weight. That and eating healthy and exercise is GREAT for pregnancy! So many women take the excuse of pregnancy to sit around, eat anything and everything they want; you, on the other hand, are doing something not only for your health, but the health of your baby! As long as it is not excessive and through harmful means, I am sure your doctor will concur.

FANTASTIC JOB!! Keep up the great work!!

Although you are losing weight, your baby will gain the proper weight while you are pregnant. As long as you are eating healthy and not losing weight from not eating or extraneous exercises the baby will be fine

no it does not mean you are gonna have an underweight baby. that baby will take everything it needs from your body before anything you will get whats left! i'm 21 weeks pregnant myself and i'm still losing weight but my son is nice and healthy.

That baby will take what he needs from you & is probably a contributor to your weight. YOU have a greater risk of being harmed by your baby then your baby does of being harmed by you...in THIS circumstance. Congrats on the weight loss! LIZ

No, your baby won't be under weight. I loss 30 pds with my first pregnancy and my baby weight 8.5 pds. As long as your doctor say the baby is okay don't worry.

while you're actually not pregnant now, start up workout consultation (fairly areobics and cardio) and consume precise (no longer in ordinary terms on your wellbeing yet on your destiny toddler's wellbeing). while you're already pregnant, you will in simple terms ought to attend till after he/she comes. docs are strongly against weight help in the time of being pregnant. examine "Mayo health facility's handbook to a healthful being pregnant" for information. you probably can workout in the time of being pregnant, yet your objective must be wellbeing, no longer weight help. The extra muscle will help in hard artwork as properly as getting weight off after your toddler arrives. superb of success!
