i have a pentium 4 processor 2.8ghz compatible with 775 socket

It will work.
The board only has 2 memory slots & IDE.
Why not get this one with 4 slots & a SATA contoller ?
PCI-E & AGP + RAID ....
( $10 difference ... same site))

The board is 775, the CPU is 775, and it comes with every available P4 FSB compatible. Yeah, it's compatible.

if the p4 2.8ghz cpu is a socket 478 cpu its not compatible with that board if its a socket 775 then it will be
