Yes indeed I do know just how blessed I am. I survivied advanced cancer 10 years as my faith in God was rewarded and I was healed. My 87 yr old Momma is still going strong, I have a wonderful family and friends and at the age of 53 I have fallen in love with the most wonderful and beautiful woman in the world who will be spending the rest of her life with me, her toughguy,. Good question sir!
