If you've never replaced your battery since you bought the car new, then it's 5 years old and your overdue to replace it.

Battery is almost three years old and may be tired. Get it checked for cranking amps and what it does with a load. A shop can do that for you. Any blown fuses or a reason the battery would loose a charge, like A charger for your phone stuff like that. It is time but there are things to look at first to make sure when you get in the car is dependable.

charge the battery and if that is going to nevertheless no longer turnover i might do away with the spark plugs as a fashion to launch the compression. Then attempt the starter. be conscious that if the Elantra has gas injection the gas will spray out in the process the spark plug holes and ought to be ignited via the sparking plug wires. look after and guard the plug wires to circumvent this! If it won't turn over now bypass lower back to the rachet and pipe on the crank. in spite of if it continues to be difficult to instruct i think of you have a seized motor. The "shaky" once you first all started it bothers me. Did you hear any unusual noise like a "wrap" "wrap" or "clatter" "clatter"? stable success! with a bit of luck you acquire the motor from an excellent place which will replace it at no charge yet some time and loving care will in no way be compensated for. be careful obtainable. chuffed holidays Woody
