Claire's of course, Icing, Charlotte Russe, Aeropostale, Kohls-- any kind of department store like that. I don't know where you live, but where I live there is this store called Harry Hines (here's the website, http://harryhinesonline.com/ )
anyways, all they sell is jewelry, handbags, scarves, etc. And it's all very cheap!

Icing, Amuse, and Aeropostale are my favorites. You could also try Forever 21 and H&M. Macy's and Nordstrom have great earrings too, but they're a little more expensive.

macy's have the cutest designer earrings :)
you can also try some boutiques near your area.. i like the earrings at demo. check it out: www.demostores.com
kaviarkind.com has the best jewelry ever. if your not into the whole online thing you can try going to h&m the earrings there are awesome
