nope, if the cops find out the 22 year old will go to jail and be branded a pedophile for the rest of his/her life.

last time i heard, that is completely illegal... i myself was 15 and dated a 21 year old, but i had to ask myself this question.. what would a 21 year old man want with a 15 year old girl.. and youd have to ask yourself the same thing.. what could they have in common? the man would have to be very immature to have something in common with a 16 year old.. and its just not right.. when people are of older age and are mature, yea, they date people that are 6 years older or younger then them, but when youre young.. you can not make the decision whether its right or wrong, its made for you..

It depends on where you live b/c some places the consent age is only 14.But 6 years older is a bit of a gap-i would be more concerned about the parents.

That is ENTIRELY dependent on where you live, however in most states, yes, it is legal.

no. it has to be within 3 years if ur under 18, above 18 it's legal though

I don't think so. Usually there's a 4 year grace period...so if it were 20 and 16 I think it would be okay.

NO!!!!!! That's considered RAPE.
& I wanna know where all the people live that said "Yes it's legal." I've NEVER EVER EVER heard that someone over 18 can have sex with a MINOR.
