The Battle of Helms Deep. Specifically when Legolas rides down this one shield thing and he is shooting out arrows. so friggen cool!!
or when he swings up that elephant thing in return of the king and takes it down.

Pretty much all the battles, especially when Gimly and Legolas kept counting how many they killed.
Oh! And when Frodo and Sam are at Mount Doom, and they get saved by the Eagles.
Also when Sam saves Frodo from the goblins.
And most of the flashbacks.

What's not to like? I enjoyed almost every bit of it. If you like the movies and haven't seen the extended editions, I highly recommend them.
