The Vicar of Nibbleswicke was written to help raise awareness of dyslexia. I think that royalties go to a dyslexia charity...so you want a free copy?
Why not try a charity shop? It will be almost free there.

Mr. Dahl's books are not in public domain yet, so you wont be able to do that. His estate holds the rights to his books. Try buying it used at half.com. Pax - C.
