drop aaron rowand and get someone like chris duncan.
As far as pitchers go, they are alright but i'd drop freddy garcia and brad penny and get some younger, more talented pitchers like clay hensley and scott olsen if they are available. Other than that, your team is pretty good.

Given your depth in the IF, Hillenbrand will not being seeing a lot of playing time in your lineup. He's expendable on your team. RP's could use some help. All together a very solid team, nicely done.

You have a good lineup. Pujols will put up big numbers day in day out. Your pitchers are pretty good maybe put Brad Penny in instead of Cole Hamels.

lets see... i think you can get rid of contreras. im not sure if he will do so hot this year. im waiting til the start of the season to see what he does. then i might pick him up. but you should get rid of him and maybe pick up another RP. someone like broxton, mike gonzalez, torres, etc. good luck!
