Why's he always ignored or brought on as sub in the last minutes, even Sven left him out and didn't even play his replacement walcott, I think if his given regular games he can come good

I'd have replaced Johnstone with him at the half break personally. Johnstone had his chance with everyone playing to him and went nowhere. Rooney was left again under McLaren to be support striker and was played into ineffectiveness. Defoe and Rooney would probably work better together but when the midfield lob long balls that have them chasing to find the ball or to keep possession there is little chance shooting opportunities will be presented for them anyway.

Treated bad? He's not even picked for every match by Martin Jol, so even his own club manager doesn't think he's good enough to have a regular place in the team. If Owen was fit, Defoe would be spending even more time on the bench than he does already.

I think he should at least be given a start every time he comes on for England he brings a bit of spark to the game.I honestly think Johnstone is a average club player and that is all.

All the England players are rubbish - we have no one remoptely good enough to justify the money they are paid.

We need a whole new team I am disgusted with them all. They make so much money - these men are meant to be the creme de la creme of football - the best of England
hahaha
