My children's was a gradual process over about 6 months. Their hair rubbed off at the back first where it rubbed while they were asleep, my children did not have much hair to begin with so I didn't really notice apart from my daughters regrowth which was alot lighter than her original dark hair.

The hair doesn't actually fall out. It just becomes more course over time. My daughter was born with thick dark hair as well. She didn't lose any hair, however, my son was born the same way and rubbed out a small patch in the back of his head from sleeping on his back so much.

Well, my daughter is 6 months old and none of her hair has fallen out yet. The only thing that has happened with her hair is that she has rubbed a tiny bald spot in the very back of her head....she is always turning her head from side to side to see what is going on. I really am thinking she isn't going to loose any hair. My foster son is 3 months old and he has not lost any hair either, he also has not rubbed any hair off the back of his head. Hope this was helpful to you!

you may no longer provide up it regrettably. i comprehend that's heartbreaking while they have a eye-catching crop of hair and then all of it seems to flow - or is going in bald spots. My son grew to become into virtually 18months in the previous he had a good head of hair back, besides the fact that he did no longer have plenty to start with, it grew to become into somewhat blonde and positive so what he did have grew to become into complicated to work out !! Now he's 3 and his hair seems to % reducing each fortnight that's luxurious and thick now - helped with the help of it going slightly darker so which you will locate it extra handy !!

My son was born with thick dark hair too. His never fell out. It just changed texture and got lighter and lighter. He is 3 now and has light brown hair and it is really thick. Who told you it would fall out??? Every baby in my family was born with thick black hair and it never fell out.

My son was born with a head full of hair and it never fell out. He has a thinner hair in the back from sleeping on it but he never lost his hair.

Some babies' never really go bald. My baby was born with dark hair, too. It did thin out as her head grew bigger, but she never got totally bald.
