I would think anything you bought would cover website design. Stay away from Dell tho! As a tech, I have to day, Dell sucks! Cant buy replacement parts for them unless you go to Dell and they aint afraid to charge you! Aint very upgradable either! My work leans me toward HP for good support and ease of restoration!

I would look at the iMac. It's a bit more than the stated price but they do have discounts for students. My niece bought one for college and absolutely loves it.
