Don't hate the haters just ignore her. If she has talked behind your back, confront her in front of her friends as to why she feels the need to lie about you. Don't make it aggressive, just ask her why she said this comment about you when she knows it isn't true and does she lie about everyone? It makes everyone suspicious
Make sure you have a quote from her and you get it from a reliable source. Nothing stops a b*^#h faster than being caught in a lie in front of their friends.

Just ignore her. And if she talks about you behind your back again tell the teachers on her! Or just tell her if she has anything to say to you that she should just say it to your face. Don't let her get to you.

She's a prima donna who has received special treatment from all the adults in her life, parents included. She considers herself above the rest of the students in her grade. She probably considers herself above the rest of the people on this earth. Ask her directly in front of a group of people why she finds it necessary to go through life being such a miserable *****. You may be the one to bring out her true character to others.

I know it sucks, but don't let her get to you. She sounds immature, don't let her bring you down to her level.
Don't feel the need to defend yourself to her hateful remarks, just let her be as immature as she wants. Ignore her, come out of it gracefully. Don't stoop to her level and go posting mean things about her on yahoo answers. :) She probably loves getting a rise out of you, you're just making it more of a game to her.
Not everyone is going to like you, or any of us for that matter. Just be who you think you should be and don't worry about everyone else.
