Charity begins at home. And if you don't take care of yourself to some extent, then there will be no one to care for those other people.

It's a tough lesson I've had to learn lately. There's only so much of yourself you can give before there is nothing left of the person you were when you began to gift yourself to others.

Love yourself. Then you can truly, and honestly love others.

well you mean like a knight! It is usually self less and your duty is to the king. Like me i write my own songs about my own situation, but the christians would rather me sing psalms and hymns. I guess i am selfish there fore i am not noble though i am still loved!
