ps3, who owns one and thinks it is better than the xbox 360?

i still think the nintendo wii is a ripe off

with the ps3, it will take a year or so, for the really good title to come out and there are allready some cracking title on the 360, so the 360 will always have the advantage, plus the games aren't as expensive

£450 for a ps3 and some game, thats too expensive and the release titles are about £60

The games are expensive for a reason Sony needs each owner to buy at least 30 games to make a profit on that ps3 unit

I love my 360 and xbox before it and the ps2, ps1, etc but I got to tell you if I had a spare £425 there is no way that I would waste it on a ps3. Seen how big it is although it does look nice in black.

£425 when it launched last week and noticed when I went everywhere at the weekend everyone had stock. No surprise there then. Does everone remember the 360 being sold out on the first day of release, same as the Wii.

The price of the PS3 is a joke no matter how good it is. Maybe when it drops to the same price as the 360 I might consider it but will it have Halo 3. NO, so looks as though am stuck with my 360 forever and will never experience having all those greasy fingerprints on that gloss black shiny ps3. Who cares, 360 wil be tops for some years to come.

well rjhamuk it's too bad your so closed minded. The control aspect of the Wii slaps the heck out of any fancy *** graphics, you'll probably never understand because you'll never give it a fair chance. Why? because it says “nintendo”

pull your head out man, the wii is still in high demand and wait listed, the 360 is everywhere cause it's already a 1 1/2 years old, and the ps3 is the easiest thing to get. That is... if your looking for a good “ripe off"

ps3's are really only needed if youre a hardcore gamer, if u just want something to get the job done go with the 360, plus as you mentioned it and the games are cheaper. there really aren't any great titles out yet that r specifically for the ps3 besides resistance fall of man. the ps3 has wayyy better graphics than the 360 hands down. but i find that i play my 360 more.
