how do i make my tool bar with the start menu on it bigger?

my computer doesn't let u click and drag the toolbar up it never has and i have my icons set on large icons so wat else can i do???

i unlocke my toolbar and clicked and dragged it but it makes it too big wat else???

Right click and unlock it, Then you can drag it up or even to the side of the screen if you want. Then lock it again.

For large icons in the start menu, right click the tool bar and go to properties. Then to start menu, and customize. Tic "Small Icons" then Ok. Then Apply, and Ok.

Right click the desktop, go to properties, in settings you might like 1024 by 768 screen resolution, and color quality of 16 bitor 32 bit.

is your screen resolution set to high if it is reduce it
right click on a blank area of the desktop and click properties click the settings tab now move the slider to the left a little and click apply for a normal 17 inch screen a resolution of 1024x768 is a good place to start

Right click and make sure lock the taskbar isn't checked and then click the top of the taskbar and drag it upward
