Its never too early to start some hobbies that will get you into a good college, like Habitat for Humanity, volunteering for Meals on Wheels or as a candy striper at a local hospital or retirement home. You can do extracurricular activities at school that look good on your college applications, like debate, student newspaper, or public speaking. Sports involvement also is a great thing to do, like marathon training or team sports activities like volleyball or softball or soccer.
You could do fun art projects, too like Origami (paper folding), painting, music, or dance. And now that you are 16 you could work a part time job and earn some extra cash and learn some skills and responsibility.

There's always needlework. Crochet, Knitting, Stamped Cross Stitch, Counted Cross Stitch, Embroidery, Crewel, Needlepoint, Petit Point, designing projects and then stitching them for yourself or others. I started stitching when I was 15 and am still at it. I'm now 42....and still counting!

Well, what do you like...arts & crafts, sports, music, reading? You'll get better answers if you're more specific.
