How effective has the World Bank been in reducing poverty?

The world bank is becoming the cause of proverty. The world bank interest rates are so high thrid world governments who borrow from them can not pay it off. Counties in African are forced to pay over 50% of tax revune just to pay the bear minium. Their should be a new system to help poor countries.

James, your spelling is atrocious, but I agree with you completely. The World Bank is just another example of bureaucratic meddling making a problem worse instead of better.
