ok so im gonna get only one . i cant get both sadly. so which one should i get. can u guys tell me your opinion and why too?

&& i know that the wii cant play dvds
&& all my cousins have the wii

you should get the ps3 because you could just us your cousin's wii.

This sounds like market research but OK. Buy a Wii. It is more fun. Sure the graphics on the PS3 are great but for a real GAMEs console buy a Wii, this is not because of the controller or prejudice but because the Wii is the most fun games console including PC that I've played.

I have had all of the major game systems and the ps3 is the best on that i have ever played. It easily has the best graphics that have ever been put onto a game system and I like the controller size, weight, the rechargeable battery, and the design. If you are interested in watching the new blue ray movies; they can be played on the ps3 and buying a ps3 is actually cheaper than most of the blue ray players. Overall I would say that the ps3 is easily the best game system made so far....

You should get the PS3 you won't be able to get the Wii for a while. It's on backorder in a bunch of stores because the producers can't keep up with demand.

Wii is alot better the only thing better about PS3 is the graphics - they are awesome. Wii is alot more fun!

ps3 has beta graphics and lets u surf da intenet! also the control of ps3 works just like the one onda wii!
