I'm like that, although not a woman. I hate wasting time on anything not productive. I would call someone like this, "efficient".

I'd call them "work-aholic".

You NEED to have downtime, so you can recharge your "batteries".
I waste time every chance I get--the dust will still be there tomorrow, but I might NOT be!
