Fantasy fiction. Magic. Please, I need some help finding something AWSOME. I can stick to anything, so DO NOT say "you need to find something on my own so i can stick to it." I'll be able to keep it going if i start it.

Nobody can tell you what to write about - that comes from your heart. We can help you with research and offer opinions on how you're doing but the story and the characters either come from you or you just arent a writer. Sorry, but that's how it works. If I gave you my ideas, I would be giving away potential stories of my own. If you are interested in the subject of magic - start surfing sites about magic and seek inspiration. If it's meant to be, you will find it. Pax - C.

If we give you the idea, the story won't be as good. The best stories come from you.
What I suggest you do is open a book to a random page, and see where your eyes fall. Take the first two words of one of the sentences and then just start writing. Don't think of it as having to be good or be a story. Just write. If you like what you wrote, keep going with it. If you don't like it, scrap it and try again. And remember, what you write doesn't have to be the very beginning of the story. One of my favorite short stories that I've written started out as one small little section, but then I added 2 more chuncks of writing to the beginning and a chunck of writing to the end.

OoOoOoO! i loove Fantasy! i started a book for fun, but never really got into it, to busy, i like making the character more than the story. Ahem. sorry. Welll, u need a couple of well based characters... Nah, forget that cr-ummmm- stuff. the best thing to start on for Fantasy is a map. Draw a map of a world that is completly your own. Then you could have a farm boy of 16 go out onto the world by his own, naieve and young. Pretty soon he get captured by an evil wizard who wants the boy to work for him, tell him secrets, ect, and he meets a person who rescuses him and tries to teach him swordfight, magic, ect. but the magician is chasing them...
yah, i know its not THAT great, but hey, plot beggars cant be plot chossers, Eh?
Just kidding! good luck, kid!

If you can't think of something to write about, you should be reading. For any writer, if they're not writing, they're reading. That's how ideas are generated (plus life experience).

So crack open some books and start reading!
