there is proper water in tank. Why is water disappering?

I would say you either have a crack in the bowl that lets water run out and down the drain or a clogged vent line. If the vent is clogged, when other fixtures are used, it causes a vacuum and sucks the water out of the trap in the toilet. To check, you will need to go up on the roof and look down the pipe with a flashlight. Only do this if it is safe to do so.

Your question and detail seem a bit confusing. Do you mean the water in the TANK slowly disappears? I think you just need a new flapper valve, the one at the bottom of the tank. They do deteriorate in time, and need replacing. Easy to fix.

sometimes a piece of a rag or toilet paper will get caught at the weir of the trap and siphon the water out of the bowl, or a casting error in the trap or a crack in the porcelain
