I have a presario also that had the exact same problem....

If your cpu uses a heat pipe with a fan down stream you need to remove the fan to get the dust out of the heat sink....I have a presario V2000 that was shutting down also......

I see you have the temp listed, is this with a full load on the cpu? If not that will not matter.....You need to check the cpu temp with a full load to reveal an overheating issue....

If overheating is not the case, and the fan is working.... a bad memory module will cause random restarts...

I don't know about your case, but i have a 2002 HP with Windows XP. My family had multiple problems with it, and had it "fixed" multiple times, but it would soon after, just keep restarting. Later I found out that it turned out to be a loose power cord inside. I still havent had it fixed, because I'm using a new laptop. Anyway, that might be a possiblity... good luck :)

Silver square that seems to be lose? Not so sure what that is... But... What have you installed a new graphics card recently? The restarts can be a sign of your PSU starting to bum out.

Did you check to see if your fans are turning? It sounds like an overheating issue to me.
