When I was little the classic line belting from me like a Broadway show tune was "mom I'm bored" and to my horror,her flippant sarcastic remark was always"clean your room if your bored"you never know what you'll find in there.Oh boy just when I thought things couldn't get any worst,she,my perfect ,angelic at times ,June Cleaver of a mother has only this to pull out of her magical box of interesting things to do.So I myself struggled through my boredom alone in my head,usually alone in my room,through days ,and then those days turned into weeks and those weeks turned itnto years,until one day someone told me "you know if your bored its because you yourself are boring"and you need to find something to fill your day with so you don't feel this way,Astonished by this complete idiot who now thinks I'm a boring person,I spent some time,while I was bored thinking about what had been so offensively stated to me, and those days that turned into years of being bored are long gone and there is rarely a moment now in my life where I feel bored, I fill my day with what I need to do, and what I enjoy doing,always grasping for the next thing that is going to put a smile on my face,but the song still remains the same in my head,and plays through every room in my house in stereo,daily,like clock work when my 14 year old boy says"mom I'm bored" and I say hey I've got a great idea why don't you Clean your room,you never know what you Will find in there"!!(oh how original!!)

when you're bored you should cook,draw,play video games,call a friend or do something you like!if you like sports go outside a play sports!if you like art ,go to an art museum!i hope you find something to do that's fun!
