Ouran High School Host Club. Its pure laughter material. I mean, there are many animes out there that will contain certain hilarious scenes... But this one takes the cake. As nearly 95% of the entire anime is funny.

Love Hina will make you laugh each episode, guaranteed.
Many of the episodes of Hale + Guu will put you on the floor
and Crayon Shin Chan is gut busting.
Cromartie High School is also pretty funny.

i say ouran high school host club all the way!
it has romance and lots of comedy!!!!!
i guess thats what has to happen when you are friends with boys though u a girl and have nuthin to do.
naruto can be funny too but its basically all fighting.
bleach and samurai champloo are real funny too!
