You could check the electoral roll. This will show all permanent residents over the age of 18 If you live near enough you could call round. I am sure that you could think up an excuse to call.

try using whitepages.com and find a list of all the people who live on Fenwich Drive. Then you narrow the seach and find if 90 is there

just try to find an excuse for going over there, like knocking on the door at christmas with the kids christmas caroling, you'll get to see whos living there, thats also a great way to start talking to someone if you like them, incase you like them teehee :P
